Brandi passante made her debut as a celebrity in reality television when she appeared on A&E reality program "Storage Wars". The show featured her boyfriend Jarrod whom she is now married to, as well. They were able to propel them to mainstream fame. On the show, storage lockers that aren't had their rent paid over the last 3 months are put up for auction. Brandi and Jarrod of the Now and Then Thrift Store located in Orange California were part of this program hoping to find affordable storage units. They had no idea the show was about to turn them into reality stars. Through the course of the show, their couple became a star. The success of reality TV helped their business which allowed them to grow. A spin-off titled Brandi & Jarrod: Married to the Job was created following their appearance on Storage Wars.
